At Ayvens Insurance, service is extremely important to us. If something went wrong or is not to your satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
You can register a complaint by filling in the form below, or by contacting us by email at complaints.insurance@leaseplaninsurance.com or in writing at Head of Compliance, Ayvens Insurance, 2nd Floor, Block C, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland, D18 X5T1.
Please note if you have a complaint relating to a claim, please as a first step contact our claim handing provider in your local country as specified in the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. For example, our claim handing provider for claims in Ireland is Sedgewick Outsourcing Servicing Group whose contact details are telephone +353 1 6615344 or email ayvensclaims@ie.sedgewick.com . We have a different claim handler in each of the countries we write insurance and their contact details will be specified in your insurance policy.
How the complaint process works
Ayvens Insurance receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
We will contact you within 5 working days of receiving your complaint.
If additional information is needed, we will check in with you.
In all cases we aim to resolve complaints within 40 working days. If we are not able to do so, we will let you know why and how long we may need.
If you are not happy with how your complaint is handled, you may be eligible to bring your complaint to a local ombudsman in your country.
